Your expertise will ensure the safety, reliability, and airworthiness of our fleet by performing detailed inspections, repairs, and modifications in accordance with aviation standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge aerospace technology and contribute to the safety of flight operations worldwide. You will be responsible for executing maintenance tasks with precision, utilizing advanced tools and technical schematics, and adhering to strict regulatory guidelines to uphold the highest quality standards. Duties Complete disassembly of key aircraft areas (interior, floor panels, cargo sections) for full structural inspection (fuselage, wings, frames, bulkheads) to check for cracks, corrosion, and fatigue (Structures) Corrosion removal, structural repairs, and application of protective coatings (Structures) Inspect aircraft structures using schematics, CAD drawings, and technical manuals to identify damage or wear. Perform repairs, fabrication, and modifications on airframes using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and sheet metal techniques. Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines to ensure accurate component fit and alignment. Conduct root cause analysis on structural issues to determine underlying problems and implement effective corrective actions. Follow FAA Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) and AS9100 quality standards during all maintenance activities to ensure compliance. Use diagnostic equipment such as ammeters and ohmmeters to troubleshoot electrical systems related to aircraft structures and avionics. Maintain detailed records of all maintenance performed within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), ensuring traceability and accountability. Requirements Proven experience working as an aviation mechanic with a focus on airframe maintenance or structural repair. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience related to aircraft systems. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while using hand tools, power tools, calipers, micrometers, and other precision instruments. Knowledge of aviation safety standards including FAA regulations and AS9100 quality management systems. Experience with military aircraft maintenance or vehicle maintenance is a plus but not required. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis efficiently. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance during assembly or repair work. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high safety standards.
