PAY RATE:
$34.00/hour We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier aerospace and defense company.

Qualifying Questions:
Are you a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual) as defined under ITAR regulations? Do you meet the educational and experience requirements for this role? Can you commute to the job location or relocate if necessary?
Summary:
Perform assembly and installation work on aerospace structural parts and sub-assemblies Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, specifications, and work instructions Use hand tools, power tools, drills, sealers, and precision measuring instruments Perform drilling, sealing, countersinking, painting, varnishing, and fastener installation Complete quality inspections, continuity checks, and basic functional testing Support rework, repairs, and modification work as needed Move materials, tools, and parts within the manufacturing area Report production or tooling issues and document discrepancies Perform basic machine maintenance and support production workflow Assist and support team members when required
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required Experience with structural assembly and sub-assembly operations preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions Experience using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment Familiarity with aerospace manufacturing processes preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards Ability to work in a production/manufacturing environment Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR regulations)
