Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Aircraft Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Embraer 145 aircraft, strong troubleshooting abilities, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and performance. This role requires flexibility in scheduling, including availability for weekends, evenings, and on-call assignments as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine and non-routine maintenance on aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures Conduct inspections, repairs, and modifications on Embraer 145 aircraft systems and components Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using systematic troubleshooting techniques Ensure all maintenance activities are properly documented and comply with regulatory requirements Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure timely aircraft availability Maintain a safe and organized work environment Respond to unscheduled maintenance events and operational needs as required
Qualifications:
Valid A&P (Airframe & Powerplant) license required Proven experience working on Embraer 145 aircraft Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across aircraft systems Solid understanding of aviation safety standards and regulatory compliance Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and maintenance documentation Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Work Requirements:
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays Willingness to work overtime or be on-call as operational needs dictate Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including hangars and outdoor settings Capable of lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
