Updated 08/2026 Job Description Job Summary RITI, located in Las Vegas NV, is a US-based business that specializes in operational test and evaluation of manned/unmanned aircraft and integrated systems. This position will be required to operate various digital and analog test sets, primarily for line troubleshooting of complex avionics systems. Make minor metal repairs such as extracting bad screws, replacing racks, etc. Swings and compensates aircraft compass systems. Must be able to troubleshoot aircraft systems using aircraft wiring diagrams and manufacturers installation manuals. Install and perform ground and flight checks of all avionics systems. Will perform all work to FAA and company standards. Must be thoroughly familiar with the quality control systems and procedures of the repair station/ quality control manual relative to the scope of normally assigned duties. Possess a working knowledge of the Federal Aviation Regulations and in particular, CFR parts 43, 9,145 and 135 are required. Complete aircraft maintenance paperwork and forms.
