Job Description

Job Description Flexjet is seeking an Aircraft Structures Technician to join our team in Cleveland, OH. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on aircraft structures, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Responsibilities:
Perform inspections, repairs, and modifications on aircraft structures. Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company policies. Document all maintenance activities accurately and timely. Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to ensure efficient workflow. Utilize appropriate tools and equipment for maintenance tasks. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Participate in training and development programs as required. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Support the team in achieving maintenance goals and objectives. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification preferred. Experience in aircraft maintenance, specifically in structures. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
