Job Description

The Cleveland Jet Center is an aviation service company located at Cuyahoga County Airport focused on providing flight support and hospitality for our guests, from touchdown to takeoff! Our company has grown into the premier, luxury gateway for Northeast Ohio's business aviation needs. With a specific clientele who have precise expectations, it is imperative that we recruit team members who are passionate about teamwork, committed to integrity, and fanatic about detail. At The Cleveland Jet Center, there are no entry-level positions. Every team member is counted upon to be a top performer and assist their teammates in providing an exceptional service experience for every guest! The Line-service technician functions as the hands and feet of the business, providing technical support for our guests as they arrive and depart on a variety of different aircraft. The Line-service technician must develop and possess the knowledge and skills to safely and efficiently serve pilots and passengers with the technical needs of their aircraft while simultaneously delivering exceptional customer service in a friendly and solution-driven manner.
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Build relationships with frequent customers
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Greeting, parking, towing, moving, fueling and marshaling arriving and departing aircrafts
  • De-icing the aircraft
  • Being able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Being able to lift/push/pull at least 50 lbs. (assisting crew with baggage and cargo)
  • Assist team members with simple preventative maintenance tasks for equipment & facilities
  • Observes all safety, environmental and general housekeeping rules and policies
Skills/Qualifications/Experience/Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Perpetually positive attitude
  • Work well in a team setting
  • Displays excellent leadership skills with high standards
  • Outgoing and enthusiastic personality
  • Self-motivated
  • Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Must possess a valid state driver's license
  • Previous experience preferred

Job Type:

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
