Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced A&P Mechanic to join our team and support maintenance operations on corporate jet and turboprop aircraft. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing, troubleshooting, repairing, modifying, preserving, maintaining, and overhauling aircraft, aircraft systems, and components in accordance with company policies, FAA regulations, manufacturer specifications, and approved maintenance manuals.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Service, troubleshoot, repair, modify, preserve, maintain, and overhaul aircraft, aircraft systems, and aircraft components
- Perform all assigned work in accordance with approved maintenance procedures and regulatory requirements
- Accurately document all work performed and assume responsibility through proper sign-off and signature
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and approved maintenance manuals
- Conduct inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance on assigned aircraft
- Perform touch-up painting as needed within the task area
- Support experimental and developmental work assignments as required
- Ensure compliance with company standards, FAA regulations, and manufacturer guidelines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Use personal tools that meet company shadowing and accountability requirements
Requirements:
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License required
- Minimum 8 years of current aircraft maintenance experience
- Recent hands-on experience with corporate jets and/or turboprop aircraft , such as: o Citation o King Air o Challenger o Hawker o Pilatus o Learjet
- Must provide own tools (tools must be shadowed)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong understanding of maintenance manuals, schematics, and technical documentation
PAY & SCHEDULE
- Hourly based off of experience.
- Per diem split to those that qualify
- Monday-Friday 5/8s
- 6 months-contract-to-hire
Pay:
$30.00 - $45.00 per hourBenefits:
