Job Description

Eagle Aviation is seeking an experienced Aircraft Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, and performing scheduled maintenance on a variety of aircraft while ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and company safety standards. Candidates should possess strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. An FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certificate is required.
Requirements:
Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License Inspection Authorization (IA) Experience working on various types of General, Corporate, and Commercial aircraft Small piston and Light Multi-Engine experience
Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, maintenance status, maintenance approval, & invoicing Review and approval completed work orders Aid in troubleshooting, answering questions, and finding solutions to keep maintenance projects and technicians on task Manage projects to ensure schedule attainment and budget is made Communicate to employees the goals and expectations of the company and their corresponding projects. Schedule work in the shop and manage technician assignments Establish maintenance safety rules and procedures to ensure quality of aircraft, engine, and avionics maintenance / repairs. Perform all pre/post-flight checks and inspections up to the 12-month level. Order repair parts and maintain an inventory of spare parts and ground support equipment. Establish and maintain logbooks, inspection schedules and records as required by Federal Aviation Regulations and other parties. Ensure compliance with airworthiness directives, service bulletins, operator policies, regulations, and inspections We're offering a competitive wage scale with premium pay for mechanics with experience on General and Corporate Aviation aircraft.
