Full Job Description Job Brief:
We are seeking an experienced A&P Mechanic with a strong background in General Aviation to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, demonstrating expertise in inspecting, repairing, and maintaining various aircraft systems to ensure safety and compliance with FAA regulations.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine inspections and maintenance on aircraft systems and components, including engines, airframes, and avionics. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in aircraft. Conduct repairs and replacements of malfunctioning components using hand tools and diagnostic equipment. Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and aviation standards. Document and maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed. Coordinate with pilots and other team members to ensure timely and efficient maintenance operations. Stay updated on the latest advancements in aviation technology and maintenance practices. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification . Minimum of 2 years of experience in Aviation maintenance. Strong knowledge of aircraft systems and components, including engines, avionics, and structures. Proven ability to diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and pilots. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
