Provide top-tier customer service to airport patrons. 2. Safely and efficiently refuel aircraft and assist with fuel inventory. 3. Guide, park, and tie-down aircraft, and greet airport patrons. 4. Assist with aircraft and facility maintenance tasks.

Summary/Duties:

The Airport Line Service Technician assists with the customer service aspects of the airport by greeting airport patrons, and helping them navigate the facility. The Line Service Technician will refuel aircraft, guide pilots in parking, assist with customer directions and hospitality, and complete aircraft tie-downs and movements. Whatever it takes! Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities Ability to interact with professionalism and discretion with high profile clientele. Must be able to work independently and problem solve issues as they arise. Maintain a clean and orderly flight line that is free of hazards. Assist flight crew with ramp services. Ensure passenger vehicles are cleaned and prepared prior to use. Work independently to solve problems as they arise. Flexible schedule with open availability. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

Qualifications:

Knowledge of fuel handling, storage, and safety practices. Knowledge of airport emergency and accident procedures. Knowledge of airport policies and procedures. Skill in the operation of airport fueling systems equipment. Skill in the maintenance of airport fuel transport, storage and dispensing equipment. Skill in the mechanical repair and maintenance of airport equipment.

Work Hours:

40 hours per week or applicable to requirements of property. Must be available on weekends for staffing needs and emergencies.

Physical Requirements:

Stand and walk or sit alternatively depending on specific needs of the day. Lift up to 50 pounds as necessary. Assist with ramp duties and aircraft fueling. Have frequent need to perform standing and walking activities related to inspecting and presenting property.

Driving Requirements:

Must have valid driver's license
