Job Description:
Aircraft Maintenance Technician (A&P / Aviation Maintenance) We are seeking experienced aviation maintenance professionals to join a growing MRO team in Houston, TX. This role supports heavy maintenance, aircraft modifications, and upgrades across multiple aircraft platforms. Annual Earnings:
Most contractors earn approximately $70,000.00
  • 85,000.

  • 3pm, Monday
  • Friday, working 5/8 hr days 2nd shift: 1:30
  • 12am, Tuesday
  • Friday, working 4-10 hr days ($2 shift differential) Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and major inspections on corporate aircraft Execute engine removal, reinstallation, and operational checks Conduct troubleshooting and repairs on all airframe systems Perform aircraft inspections following OEM Light/Heavy Maintenance Manuals Evaluate component serviceability and document discrepancies Implement Service Bulletins, Repair Letters, and Airworthiness Directives Document all work with clear, precise accuracy Analyze mechanical problems and determine optimal repair solutions Test and repair various systems including engines, landing gear, hydraulics, and flight controls Qualifications Valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License Experience in corporate aviation on Embraer Legacy, Prader, Phenom, Learjet, Gulfstream, or Falcon Ability to interpret maintenance manuals, blueprints, and technical diagrams Authorization to work in the U.
