Job Description

Floris Flight Services is the fastest-growing flight school in the West Texas area, and we are seeking a certificated A&P mechanic to be the next great addition to our team. Floris Flight Services is located at KMDD - Midland Airpark in Midland, Texas. Paid weekly. Our Fleet consists of seven Cessna 172S models, and a twin engine Tecnam.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Under minimal supervision, perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on our Fleet of aircraft. Properly complete sign-offs and other paperwork in a timely and accurate manner. Perform maintenance, preventative maintenance & alterations on certificated aircraft. Perform 100-hour and Annual Inspections. Ensure work is performed IAW current regulations & approved/accepted data. Ensure the workspace is maintained in a clean & organized fashion. Perform incoming aircraft inspections, operational checks, maintenance, repairs & outgoing inspections to ensure excellent quality work is the only thing that leaves the facility.
