Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY
The Menard Inc. Flight Department is looking for a certified A&P technician to join our team. This individual will be providing maintenance, inspection and repair to Cessna Citations and Embraer Regional Jets while maintaining a high level of dedication to service, safety and quality. Candidates should be resourceful and willing to learn, detail oriented, highly motivated, and take ownership of their work. Candidates have opportunity for advancement and willingness to advance is preferred.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct inspections, repairs and modifications to airframes, engines and avionics systems during routine and non-routine maintenance inspections Identify and remedy defects noted during scheduled and non-scheduled inspections Properly follow manufacturer maintenance manuals and FAA Part 125 Approved Inspection Program Accurately complete and maintain detailed records of all maintenance, repair, and inspection activities through the use of aircraft logbooks and CAMP Systems International software Document and maintain parts, tooling and equipment inventory Inspect and repair components including but not limited to aircraft wheels and batteries
MISCELLANEOUS DUTIES
Will be required to perform other duties at the direction of Flight Department Management
