As a full-service fire protection, life safety, and security company, we design, install, repair, service, and inspect a wide variety of fire suppression, life protection, and integrated security systems. As a Fire Alarm Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing the fire alarm systems for both new and existing customers. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of fire alarm systems
Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning fire alarm systems
Install new fire alarm systems according to manufacturers' specifications and local codes
Maintain accurate records of service and inspection reports
Communicate effectively with customers and staff regarding project status and scheduling
Follow company safety procedures and protocols
Keep up-to-date on the latest fire alarm system technologies and products
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in fire alarm service and maintenance
Possess a strong knowledge of fire alarm systems and their components
Familiarity with local and national fire codes and regulations
