What We Offer Competitive salary + annual bonus potential Full benefits package Clear advancement opportunities A team that values hard work and recognizes it What You'll Do Install access control hardware including badge readers, electric strikes, wireless locks, mag locks, PIR sensors, REX buttons, and control panels Pull wire in new construction and existing facilities Diagnose and resolve installation issues across a variety of applications Document installation details accurately using our mobile software Drive to customer sites daily (company vehicle provided or reliable personal transportation) Complete required coursework for State certification Work with low voltage systems and on ladders as needed What You'll Bring Experience in mechanical work, construction, or low-voltage installation Ability to install and service door hardware Strong work ethic and self-motivation Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and climb ladders Clean driving record Willingness to travel and work out of town during the week as needed Customer-first mindset with a sense of urgency Who Thrives Here Our best installers are punctual, accountable, and calm under pressure.
