Job Description
Foothills Fire Protection Inc. is an Open Shop Contractor (non-union) looking for an entry level Fire Sprinkler Designer for commercial construction design. We are a well established company (30 years) seeking to grow our team with a enthusiastic and motivated team member. Responsibilities Learn to review construction documents and coordinate with General Contractor and subcontractors to design fire sprinkler system Thorough use of analytical thinking and problem solving in order to determine the best fire sprinkler system design Learn how to create detailed drawings through extensive use of AutoCAD and Hydratec type programs Learn to create stock list for all material required to install the fire sprinkler system Learn how to perform hydraulic calculations Develop positive and ongoing relationships with customers to ensure company is exceeding our clients expectations Coordinate with other departments within office to ensure proper handover of job information Complete other assigned responsibilities as directed by immediate supervisor or FFP management Attributes & Skills Positive Attitude Willingness to learn Passionate about your work Team Player AutoCAD Knowledge (preferred) Revit Knowledge (preferred)
