This is an entry-level position with potential for future apprenticeship training. We are building a long-term team and are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company and build a career in the fire sprinkler trade. Key Responsibilities Assist fire sprinkler fitters in the field with installation, service, and repairs. Cut, thread, and groove black steel fire sprinkler pipe. Transport parts to and from job sites and vendors as needed. Pull parts and stage materials for sprinkler fitters. Prefabricate fire sprinkler piping. Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies. Minimum Requirements 6+ months of hands-on fire sprinkler experience. Ability to cut, thread, and groove black steel fire sprinkler pipe. Basic understanding of wet fire sprinkler systems, sprinkler heads, fittings, hangers, and bracing. High school diploma or equivalent (required for apprenticeship program enrollment). Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift and carry materials/equipment as required for the trade. Ability to work on ladders, lifts, and in confined spaces. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to learn. Basic knowledge of NFPA 13. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with copper and CPVC is a plus. Pre-action, deluge, and dry system experience is a plus. Ability to read plans is a plus. Knowledge of NFPA 25 is a plus. Underground and overhead TI, inspection, and repair experience is a plus. What We Offer Competitive hourly pay and benefits. Health, dental, and vision insurance.
