M1, Alarm.com Experience with NVRs (Network Video Recorders) and access control systems Strong problem-solving skills and leadership capability Service Technician 5-10 years of experience servicing and repairing major alarm panels Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills Must be proactive, resourceful, and able to build client rapport Bilingual preferred Apprentice Technician Hands-on experience with tools, construction, or mechanical systems Eagerness to learn and build a long-term career in the security industry Strong work ethic and desire to grow professionally Requirements (All Positions): U.S. Citizen or valid work visa Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs Comfortable working in confined spaces (attics/crawlspaces) and at heights Must be able to work in varying weather conditions Clean driving record and background Gates Security is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Learn, Grow, and Advance Available Positions:
