Competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package (health, 401K) Outstanding opportunity available for a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer / Electronics Specialist / Fire Alarm Technician. The ideal candidate must have experience in low-voltage electrical systems, ideally with regard to fire alarm systems . Additional experience with Autocad and in management would be a plus. This role is perfect for a person who is a self starter, and wants to be involved with exciting projects in a fast-paced, manufacturing-oriented environment.Key Responsibilities:
Design & Development:
Design wiring layouts for custom low voltage fire alarm panels, which interface with a variety of fire alarm systems.Software Proficiency:
Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD and Metallix (CNC software) to support production and engineering processes Assist in generating and modifying CNC files as neededCustomer Support:
Assist with technical calls, providing troubleshooting expertise and resolving system issues for customers.Panel Testing & Support:
Assist with wireman tasks and troubleshooting technical issues that arise. Support production and manufacturing operations as neededQualifications:
Experience with low-voltage electrical systems is required Fire alarm industry experience is a strong plus, but not mandatory Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field preferred (not required) Familiarity with CNC systems and programming is a plus Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated, adaptable, detail-oriented and personablePay:
