Sprinkler Fitter

Qualifications:

Must have completed the National Apprenticeship Program in accordance with the basic Standards of Apprenticeship established by the Secretary of Labor. Must have an active Journeyman's License. Must have a valid driver's license.

Job Requirements:

Ability to read blueprints for fire sprinkler installation and troubleshooting. Strong organizational skills and excellent communication skills. Ability to work alternative shifts or weekends as needed. Must perform all duties safely and professionally. Ability to use hand and power tools safely.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the installation of wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge fire protection piping, valves, and accessories for commercial, residential buildings, and industrial applications in compliance with current codes. Must maintain the proper documentation for work performed. Must adhere to company safety policies and procedures to ensure all duties are performed safely and professionally. Must be able to coordinate our work with the work of other trades as required. Work independently and little to no supervision Travel to multiple client locations to support sprinkler functions, maintenance, and installation. Perform physical labor as required.

Compensation:

This role is a contract to hire opportunity on W2. The contract pay rate is $35-$42/ hour based on skillset and experience. Benefits (health, dental, vision, and 401k) are provided. A company car and tools are provided to perform required work.

Pay:

$38.00 - $43.00 per hour
