Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Fire Sprinkler Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspection, maintenance, and repair of fire sprinkler systems. This role requires a strong understanding of fire safety regulations, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect, test, maintain, and repair fire sprinkler systems in accordance with NFPA (National Fire Protection Association) standards. Conduct inspections and tests on existing fire sprinkler systems to ensure they are functioning properly. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with fire sprinkler systems and perform necessary repairs. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to specification. Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including inspections, maintenance, and repairs. Stay current with industry standards and advancements in fire protection technology. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal fire safety regulations.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school certification is a plus. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Fire Sprinkler Technician or in a related field. Denver license or ability to obtain in reasonable time frame. Back Flow License (preferred) Knowledge of NFPA codes and standards. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions.
