- Job Summary
- EMCOR Facilities Services is seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to support facilities operations at the Molson Coors campus in Golden, Colorado.
This position combines fire protection system support, electrical maintenance, and general facilities maintenance duties. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining critical building systems, troubleshooting equipment issues, performing preventive maintenance, and supporting a safe and reliable operating environment.
- Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Fire Protection Systems
- + Perform inspections, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of fire alarm, sprinkler, extinguisher, and life safety systems. + Assist in repairs and service calls for fire protection equipment. + Maintain compliance with applicable NFPA standards. + Participate in emergency response and after-hours call rotations.
- Electrical Systems
- + Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair electrical distribution systems. + Maintain lighting systems, control panels, motor starters, VFDs, MCC equipment, and electrical infrastructure. + Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical equipment. + Support automation and control systems as needed.
- General Facilities Maintenance
- + Complete corrective maintenance work orders in a timely manner + Interacting with customers in professional manner follow-up communication with customers is critical + Participate in safety training and pre-task planning activities. + Other duties as assigned
- Qualifications
- Required Qualifications:
- + High school diploma or GED required, vocational or industry trade school is a plus.
+ Must haveNICET Fire Alarm Systems certification Level I.
+ Knowledge of
NFPA 72, NFPA 92, NFPA
25, and NFPA 20,
+ Must be 21 years of age or older
+ Must be able to lift a minimum of 75lbs on a regular basis
+ Valid Driver's License required
+ Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

- Preferred Qualifications
- + Colorado Journeyman Electrician License. + NICET Fire Alarm Certification Level II. + Backflow Certification. + Knowledge of NFPA 20, 25, 70, 72, 92, and 291 standards. + Experience within manufacturing, industrial, or large commercial facilities. + Strong customer service and communication skills.
