Job Description

This position requires good knowledge of electronics, preferably with a background in security system installation, hardware, software, and networking. Experience with both IP based video surveillance systems and access control systems. We are looking for a detail-oriented person with excellent trouble shooting skills and the ability to interface and communicate with customers clearly and effectively.
  • Install, maintain, or repair security systems, alarm devices, or related equipment, following blueprints of electrical layouts and building plans.
  • Install electrical components, equipment, or systems.
  • Install AV and Tele/Data
  • Repair electrical components
  • Mount and fasten control panels, door and window contacts, sensors, or video cameras and attach electrical and telephone wiring to connect components.
  • Must become familiar with the different solutions that Everbase Solutions provides (access control, video surveillance, burg alarm, structured cabling, etc.
). At times, you will be expected to provide programming/commissioning of systems as well as provide end-user training. You will engage with Network Technicians as needed to finalize projects. Low Voltage Install Technician must present a professional, positive and helpful attitude always when interacting with customers, co-workers and sub-contractors. A large emphasis will be placed on driving and maintaining a strong relationship with customers, co-workers and sub-contractors.

$28.00 - $32.00 per hour
