Job Description

Job Summary Fire Alarm Technician (Full-Time, On-Site) Seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Service Technician to handle installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of fire alarm systems. Must ensure high-quality service, minimal downtime, and strong customer communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, test, troubleshoot, and program fire alarm systems per industry codes. Perform service calls and resolve system issues promptly. Document all work accurately. Train customers on system use. Operate testing tools (multimeter, volt/ohm meter, tone generator, etc.). Follow safety and quality standards.
Qualifications:
Associate degree or equivalent experience in electronics. NICET Level II certification. Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems, computers, and communications. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and VPN connections. Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills.

Compensation:
