Role:
Join Integrated Fire Solutions LLC as a Fire Alarm Installer/Service Technician in Wilmington, DE, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring safety and security for our clients. Be part of a dedicated team that values expertise and innovation in fire protection systems.
Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and service fire alarm systems in residential and commercial properties. NICET certified not required but recommended Conduct regular inspections and testing of fire alarm systems to ensure compliance with safety standards. Diagnose and troubleshoot fire alarm system malfunctions and implement effective solutions. Provide excellent customer service and support to clients regarding fire safety and alarm systems. Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used during installations and repairs. Collaborate with team members to enhance system performance and customer satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in fire alarm technology.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a fire alarm installer or service technician for 5+ years Relevant certifications and licenses in fire alarm systems are required Strong knowledge of fire alarm codes, standards, and safety regulations. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
