This role is vital in ensuring that fire sprinkler systems are installed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all relevant codes and standards. As a Fire Sprinkler Foreman, you will coordinate teams, interpret technical schematics, and ensure quality workmanship while maintaining a strong focus on safety and project timelines. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical expertise and leadership skills in a dynamic construction environment. Duties Lead and supervise fire sprinkler installation crews, ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently according to project specifications and schedules Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings related to fire sprinkler systems, pipe layouts, and HVAC integration Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment (including
MIG, FCAW, TIG
), soldering tools, pipe threading machines, calipers, and other mechanical tools to assemble and install piping systems Measure materials accurately using basic math skills; cut, thread, and assemble pipes following codes & standards for safety and quality compliance Conduct rigging operations for lifting heavy components safely into position on construction sites or manufacturing facilities Maintain detailed documentation of work progress, inspections, schematics adherence, and safety protocols; communicate effectively with team members and project managers Experience Proven experience as a fire sprinkler fitter or foreman on commercial or industrial construction sites Strong mechanical knowledge of fire sprinkler systems, pipeline installation, techniques, and schematic reading. Familiarity with codes & standards related to piping and sprinkler systems Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, calipers, schematics interpretation and assembly procedures Knowledge of rigging practices for lifting heavy components safely on construction or manufacturing sites Prior work experience in construction or manufacturing environments emphasizing safety compliance and quality workmanship Join us in delivering top-tier fire sprinkler solutions!
