Grow Your Career. Century Fire Protection is seeking an experienced Fire Sprinkler Foreman to lead commercial fire sprinkler installation projects. What You'll Do Lead and supervise commercial fire sprinkler installation crews on active job sites. Assign daily work and ensure projects stay on schedule. Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and construction documents. Install and oversee commercial fire sprinkler systems, including wet pipe, dry pipe, pre-action, and deluge systems, in accordance with NFPA 13 and local codes. Ensure all work complies with NFPA standards, local codes, and company quality standards. Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment with project managers and superintendents. Conduct job site safety meetings and enforce OSHA safety requirements. Inspect completed work and resolve installation issues. Assist with system testing, flushing, inspections, and project closeout. Train, mentor, and develop sprinkler fitters and apprentices. Communicate project progress, manpower needs, and job site updates with management. What We're Looking For 5+ years of commercial fire sprinkler installation experience. Previous Fire Sprinkler Foreman or Lead Fitter experience preferred. Strong knowledge of commercial fire sprinkler systems, NFPA standards, and installation practices. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and shop drawings. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. NICET certification is a plus, but not required. Why Join Century Fire Protection?
