This role is focused on system installation support, startup, programming, testing, and advanced troubleshooting across large-scale commercial environments. This position is ideal for technicians with 3-5 years of fire alarm experience , strong programming capabilities, and hands-on exposure to mission-critical or data center projects. Key Responsibilities Perform startup, programming, testing, and commissioning of fire alarm systems in data center and mission-critical environments Troubleshoot and repair fire alarm system circuitry, devices, networks, and software-related issues Respond to scheduled and emergency service requests, diagnosing and resolving system issues efficiently Program and support fire alarm systems including Notifier, Gamewell, Kidde, and similar platforms Support and troubleshoot Aspirating Smoke Detection systems (Vesda preferred) Read and interpret blueprints, riser diagrams, schematics, sequence of operations, and system documentation Coordinate and communicate effectively with customers, project managers, subcontractors, and building owners Maintain clear documentation and complete required service reports and paperwork Participate in the on-call rotation as required Travel for project support when necessary, typically 1-2 weeks at a time Required Qualifications 3-5 years of experience as a Fire Alarm Technician or Startup Programmer

Level I (minimum) Strong programming and troubleshooting experience with fire alarm systems Advanced understanding of fire alarm system circuitry and device-level troubleshooting Good to advanced troubleshooting skills with system networking and software Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to meet background and MVR requirements for use of a company vehicle Strong communication skills with a professional, customer-facing approach Reliable, predictable attendance and strong time management Demonstrated commitment to safety and best practices on active job sites Preferred / Nice to Have
NICET FAS
Level II Major manufacturer certification (Notifier preferred) Verifiable training or certification in Aspirating Smoke Detection (Vesda) Mission Critical or Data Center project experience Experience programming Fike fire alarm systems Knowledge of Clean Agent Fire Suppression Systems Experience with Edwards/EST, FireLite, Bosch, Gamewell, or similar platforms Compensation & Benefits Pay range: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour , based on experience and certifications Overtime opportunities available Signing bonus available for qualified candidates Relocation assistance available for qualified candidates Monthly cell phone reimbursement Company-provided truck or vehicle allowance with gas card (upon approved MVR) Medical, dental, and vision insurance Health Savings Account and Flexible Spending Account options Short-term and long-term disability insurance (company paid) 401(k) with company match Paid holidays (9 total, prorated based on date of hire) PTO accrued quarterly; years 1-4 earn 3 weeks (15 days) annually Ongoing training and education programs #SEG3
