Job Description Manage 65-70 active projects at a time Responsible for ~$2M backlog Projects typically: $50K - $300K (mostly mid-size)

Duration:
4-12+ months 100% installation work (no service / no on-call) Weekly cadence: Week 1: Forecasting, estimating, project setup Week 2: Billing, invoicing, revenue capture Weeks 3-4: Execution, customer interaction, driving project completion Core responsibilities: Own full project lifecycle (schedule, cost, execution) Manage subcontractors + install teams Handle change orders (identify, estimate, negotiate) Ensure profitability, cash flow, and accurate billing Maintain strong client relationships (GCs, subs, customers) Oversee compliance with specs, codes, and safety Communicate project health (financial + schedule) We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
