The team is seeking an experienced technician to install, configure, and troubleshoot physical security systems including Lenel OnGuard, CCTV, and Windows based systems for a critical, long-term program.

Engineering Technician:

Serve as the primary on-site technical resource for physical security systems and related infrastructure. Independently troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues involving: Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), CCTV and Video Surveillance Systems, Security Management Platforms Install, maintain, configure, and repair physical security hardware and software components. Provide operational support and maintenance for Lenel OnGuard access control systems. Support and troubleshoot Milestone Video Management System (VMS ) environments. Perform system upgrades, software updates, and preventive maintenance activities. Configure and troubleshoot Windows-based workstations and servers supporting security systems. Install, terminate, test, and troubleshoot structured cabling systems, including: CAT6 copper cabling, Fiber optic cabling Perform system testing and verification to ensure optimal functionality and compliance with security requirements. Work directly with government and military stakeholders to address technical concerns and implement solutions. Document troubleshooting activities, maintenance actions, and system changes. Engineering Technician:

Active Top Secret Clearance, willingness to sit for CI Poly 7+ years of professional experience supporting IT network communications and physical hardware IAT II Certifications ("Security+CE" OR "Sec+CE" OR OR "Sec+" OR "security+" OR "CySA+" OR "CISM" OR "CEH" OR "CISSP" OR "CASP+" OR "GCIH" OR "SSCP" OR "GCIH" OR "CISA") Experience supporting and troubleshooting physical security systems including access control systems, CCTV/Video Surveillance systems Working knowledge of Lenel OnGuard. Working knowledge of Milestone VMS. Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems. Hands-on experience installing and troubleshooting CAT6 and fiber optic cabling. Ability to independently diagnose and resolve technical issues with minimal supervision. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to work effectively with government and military personnel. Dependable, self-directed, and capable of managing priorities in a mission-critical environment.

Compensation of the Engineering technician:

Total compensation based on experience level - $140,000-$150,000 + sign on bonus •based on experience level•
