Security Camera Installer

Zions Security Alarms is looking to hire a new technician that is experienced in installing IP Cameras. (using cat5 or 6 - Crimping heads etc) We are also looking for a technician that can install new security systems and service existing ones. Experience with ADT, Qolsys, or Alarm.com is a plus. Responsibilities Install and configure CCTV systems and security cameras according to schematics. Perform cabling and low voltage electrical work to ensure proper system functionality. Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of security systems, including fire alarms and intrusion detection systems. Collaborate with clients to assess their security needs and provide tailored solutions. Utilize hand and power tools effectively while adhering to safety standards. Document installations and service reports accurately for future reference. Qualifications Proficient in CCTV installation and maintenance Experience with low voltage electrical systems and cabling Skilled in using hand tools and power tools Familiarity with fire alarm systems and schematics Background in service technician roles and field service Knowledge of computer networking and security systems Understanding of alarm system sales and surveillance techniques
