Relocation Assistance (Limited) + $1,000 toward moving truck expenses + First 30 days of short-term housing covered (limited) What We Offer + Competitive pay based on experience + Medical and dental insurance options + Company matched IRA + Paid time off and holidays + Company paid life insurance + Consistent project pipeline with stable leadership + Ongoing training and certification support + NICET advancement costs covered Minimum Qualifications + Active state fire alarm license (as applicable) + NICET Level I required; Level II within 12 months + 2+ years of fire alarm or low-voltage experience + Ability to read blueprints and schematics + Strong troubleshooting ability + Able to work independently or lead small crews + Professional communication skills + Valid driver's license and clean driving record + Able to pass pre-employment and random drug testing Preferred + Experience with clean agent suppression systems + Experience with access control, CCTV, AV, CATV, or structured cabling + Experience operating lifts and working at height Physical Requirements + Lift up to 70 lbs. + Ability to sit, stand, kneel, crouch, and climb for extended periods + Work in confined spaces and at height + Willingness to work indoors/outdoors in all seasons + Occasional overnight travel

Pay Details:
