The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fire protection systems and will be responsible for ensuring the safety and compliance of various projects. This role requires a strong combination of Fire Alarm technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and team members. Responsibilities Install and maintain fire protection systems including fire alarms, notification devices and fire detecting devices. Conduct inspections of fire alarms to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and CAD drawings to facilitate project execution. Provide technical support for field service operations related to fire safety equipment. Collaborate with sales teams on fire alarm sales and system upgrades. Detect potential issues in fire protection systems and recommend appropriate solutions. Perform routine maintenance checks on existing systems to ensure optimal performance. Document all inspections, maintenance activities, and service reports accurately. Skills Proficiency in electrical systems related to fire protection equipment. Experience as a service technician with hands-on knowledge of fire safety technologies. Familiarity with fire sprinkler fitting techniques and standards. Strong understanding of fire alarm inspection processes related to fire safety. Ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively. Proficient in reading CAD drawings for installing fire protection systems. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
