This role is ideal for a seasoned technician who can independently install, configure, and troubleshoot systems from top manufacturers such as Bosch, Resideo, Honeywell, and DMP . Job Responsibilities:

• Install, program, and service security systems, including: Intrusion alarms (Bosch, Honeywell, Resideo, DMP) CCTV and IP surveillance systems Access control systems (keypads, card readers, controllers)
• Configure and troubleshoot networked security devices and NVR/DVR systems
• Perform system upgrades, repairs, and preventative maintenance
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and system blueprints
• Ensure compliance with all applicable codes and company standards
• Train junior technicians and assist in complex installations or system integrations
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain system functionality and resolve issues

Additional Requirements:

• Must have a clean driving record and possession of valid driver's license
• Must be willing and able to pass a drug screen and background check

Special Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in the security system installation field
• Strong working knowledge of Bosch, Resideo, Honeywell, and DMP systems
• Experience with access control and video surveillance programming
• Proficient in troubleshooting electrical and network-related issues
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and lead by example on job sites

Physical Requirements:

• Work prolonged hours, including in restrictive or confined areas.
• Work indoors and outdoors in temperatures ranging from
• 20°F to 120°F and on various types of terrain.
• Wear required PPE for the duration of the shift, including hard hats, safety glasses, earplugs, gloves, and other required PPE.
• Set up, climb, and work from stepladders, extension ladders, platforms, scaffolding, scissor lifts, and aerial lifts.
• Lift and/or carry materials or equipment weighing 50 lbs. or more for short durations and moderate distances; assistance is required for anything over 50 lbs.
• Push and/or pull materials or equipment weighing 120 lbs. or more.
• Perform job tasks while bending, stooping, crouching, crawling, standing, lying prone, and reaching outward, overhead, and downward for extended periods.
• Drive using both hands and both feet.
• Use both hands independently and/or together.
