Nelbud Fire Alarm Service Technician Looking for a career with flexibility, independence, and real growth opportunities? About the Role As a Fire Alarm Service Technician, you will play a key role in helping keep customers safe through the inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial fire alarm systems. This position offers a variety of day-to-day work, hands-on problem solving, and long-term career advancement opportunities. What You'll Do Test, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair commercial fire alarm systems Diagnose and document system deficiencies and needed repairs Perform routine maintenance and service work to ensure code compliance Educate customers on system functionality and recommended solutions Maintain accurate service documentation and inspection reports Deliver exceptional customer service while professionally representing Nelbud What We're Looking For Valid driver's license with the ability to drive company vehicles to job sites Experience with fire alarm troubleshooting, repair, and service preferred NICET Level II certification required NICET Level III certification preferred KY/OH Fire Alarm License is required or must be obtained Strong computer and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule Professional attitude with strong customer service skills What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience and certifications Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with company match Generous PTO and paid holidays Company-paid training and certification opportunities Career advancement opportunities within a growing company Employee referral bonus program Why Nelbud?
