Office based in Fall River MA Job Summary We are hiring an experienced Lead Security Alarm Technician to support our growing customer base and lead our field operations. This role is ideal for a senior technician with strong technical expertise who enjoys mentoring others, owning large and complex projects, and delivering high-quality, customer-focused solutions. This position offers a competitive compensation package and a clear career path into supervisory and management roles . Responsibilities Candidate MUST be proficient with the installation, programming, commissioning, and service of: Intrusion Systems (Bosch, DMP) Access Control Systems (Acre, Brivo) Video Surveillance / CCTV (Hanwha, ExacqVision, Milestone) Act as the technical lead on advanced or escalated service calls Train, mentor, and support junior and mid-level technicians Ensure work meets company standards, manufacturer specifications, and applicable codes Provide professional, customer-focused service while on-site Coordinate with project management, sales, and operations teams Maintain accurate job documentation, system configurations, and reports Promote best practices related to safety, quality, and efficiency Qualifications Advanced hands-on experience with intrusion, access control, and video surveillance systems (Fire system knowledge is a plus) Strong working knowledge of: Bosch and DMP intrusion platforms Acre and Brivo access control systems Hanwha cameras and ExacqVision / Milestone VMS Proven leadership or lead technician experience Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Well organized with strong time-management abilities Customer-focused with strong communication skills Ability to work independently and lead by example Valid driver's license Preferred Experience (Not Required) Manufacturer or industry certifications Commercial and enterprise security system experience Networking knowledge related to IP-based security systems What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Benefits package (health, PTO, 401k(matching), etc.) Company vehicle with gas card Ongoing training and certification opportunities Defined path for advancement into leadership and management Stable company with long-term growth opportunities $1,000 sign on bonus (paid after 6 months) Why Work With Us? $45.00 - $60.00 per hour
