The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various alarm systems, including fire alarms. Duties Install, maintain, and repair alarm systems, focusing on fire alarm systems. Conduct construction inspections to ensure proper installation and compliance with safety regulations. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for system installation and repair tasks. Detect issues within alarm systems using diagnostic equipment such as voltmeters. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly. Experience MA Electrical License either D or B. Proven experience as a service technician in the alarm or security industry is preferred. Familiarity with fire alarm systems and related technology is essential. Experience in construction inspection is a plus. Proficient in using hand tools and power tools relevant to the installation and maintenance of alarm systems. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to detect issues quickly and efficiently. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
