COMPLETE. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Learn to troubleshoot and repair 12-volt electrical systems in the field Work alongside experienced technicians to build hands-on skills fast Keep tools, parts, and job sites organized for efficient completions Install dash cameras, GPS tracking and fleet systems. Perform clean, professional wiring (12V / 24 V systems) Mount and route equipment in commercial vehicles Troubleshoot basic electrical issues when needed Work independently at job sites across Massachusetts

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience with vehicle electronics, car audio, alarms, or fleet installs Comfortable working with wiring, panels and tools Reliable transportation (mobile work) Professional attitude and communication Ability to complete jobs cleanly and efficiently

WHAT WE OFFER

Full paid training — zero prior 12-volt experience required Clear career path: Helper → Certified 12V Field Service Technician Competitive hourly pay from day one ($15-$20/hr based on experience) Work with the latest in fleet safety and telematics technology

WHAT YOU BRING

Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required) Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to work on the road and outdoors in varying conditions Basic knowledge of tools or mechanical/electrical systems (a plus, not required)

$15.00 - $20.00 per hour (based on experience)
