Role Overview We're looking for a skilled and motivated Installer to join our growing team. Our ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with electrical systems and enjoys problem-solving in the field. You'll play a key role in installing, configuring, and supporting/servicing smart home devices and technologies for our residential and commercial customers. Responsibilities Install and set up smart home equipment (controlling devices, lighting, security systems, alarms, thermostats, audio/video, etc.). Work with low-voltage and electrical systems as needed for installs. Troubleshoot and repair system issues on-site. Communicate effectively with customers and management, ensuring a white glove experience. Maintain clear documentation & reports of projects. Qualifications High school diploma or GED (or equivalent work experience in the trades). 1-2 years of experience in electrical is preferred but not required Basic knowledge of wiring and safe use of tools. Comfort working in attics, crawl spaces, ladders, and customer-occupied homes. Strong customer-service skills and professional communication with homeowners.
