Century Fire Protection is looking for a Fire Sprinkler Service Helper to support our Service Technicians with the inspection, repair, and maintenance of wet and dry fire sprinkler systems. This entry-level role is a great opportunity to learn the fire protection industry and gain hands-on experience across commercial, residential, and industrial applications. ️ What You'll Do Assist Technicians with inspecting control valves for position, condition, and accessibility. Examine sprinkler heads for proper position, condition, and obstructions. Help inspect visible piping, hangers, drain valves, and gauges. Assist with water flow tests on sprinkler systems, fire pumps, standpipes, and hydrants. Support service, repair, and maintenance activities. Follow instructions, safety procedures, and applicable codes. Perform other duties as assigned. What You Bring High school diploma or
GED. 0-6
months of related experience or training. Construction, plumbing, or HVAC experience is highly preferred, but not required. Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and develop new skills. Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen. Ability to work overtime when needed. Willingness to respond to emergency service calls , including nights, early mornings, and weekends. The Job This is a hands-on, field-based position where you'll learn from experienced technicians and gain exposure to a variety of fire sprinkler systems and repair scenarios.
