Proven ability to manage jobs alone, coordinate with contractors, and oversee full project lifecycles from planning through installation while maintaining safety, quality, and code compliance. You will be on high profile buildings like large warehouses, colleges, office buildings, hospital homes, malls etc. in the New Jersey state.

Core Responsibilities & Skills:

PLUS but not required •Install and wire fire alarm systems including devices, panels, modules, and power supplies Install EMT conduit, backboxes, supports, and associated hardware Pull, label, dress, and terminate low-voltage cabling Access control systems Security/intrusion alarm systems CCTV camera systems Inspect, test, troubleshoot, and repair alarm panels is a requirement Manage workflows, scheduling, and on-site productivity Manage reports & work tickets daily Manage Timesheets on a weekly basis Provide job estimates/material list to management and communicate effectively with customers when required Work independently or lead teams to meet project deadlines Utilize power and hand tools Maintain equipment, tools, and company vehicle in proper working condition Ensure compliance with fire codes, safety standards, and regulations Willing to work overtime or non-standard hours based on project demands Must be on an "On-Call" rotation Perform additional duties as needed to support project success Experience Minimum 3 years of fire alarm inspection experience Experience with addressable systems Familiar with installation practices outlined in NFPA 72 Experience installing fire alarm conduit (EMT) Ability to read fire alarm drawings and risers Strong working knowledge of Fire Alarm Inspections Preferred System Experience Experience with any of the following manufacturers is a strong plus:
