Position Summary The Fire Sprinkler Technician is responsible for the installation, service, inspection, repair, and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems in accordance with NFPA standards, state/local codes, and company policies. The ideal candidate has hands-on sprinkler experience, understands life-safety compliance, and can represent the company with professionalism on customer sites. Key Responsibilities Install, inspect, test, and maintain wet, dry, pre-action, deluge, and fire pump systems Perform routine NFPA 25 inspections and complete all associated documentation Troubleshoot system deficiencies and recommend corrective actions Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and system schematics Complete service tickets, inspection reports, and material lists accurately Work safely and maintain clean, organized job sites Collaborate with customers, contractors, and internal teams Participate in on-call rotation as required Follow all federal, state, and local fire code requirements Uphold company safety, quality, and customer service standards Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in fire sprinkler installation, service, or inspections Strong knowledge of
NFPA 13, 14, 20, 25
Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights, on lifts, and ladders Ability to work independently and manage jobsite tasks Ability to read system drawings and identify system components Preferred Qualifications NICET Level I-III in Sprinkler Systems (a major plus) Experience with fire pumps, backflows, and special hazards systems
OSHA 10/30
