Security Responder Coleman Alarms & Services Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Security Responder to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining the safety and security of our clients and their assets. As a Security Responder, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining various systems, including but not limited to surveillance systems and alarm systems. You will also conduct regular inspections to ensure that all systems are functioning properly and effective in deterring unauthorized access or potential threats. Additionally, you will educate clients about the proper use of their security systems and provide ongoing support to address any technical issues that may arise. •This is a part time position with on call requirements•Responder will be responsible for all Security Alarms and service calls that may arise after hours on their dedicated schedule. Candidate will be trained by current Responders/ Technicians. Must be thorough and not cut corners. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy and a strong communicator, able to collaborate well with both clients and team members. Responsibilities Maintain, and troubleshoot security systems, surveillance systems, audio systems and more. Conduct regular inspections of security systems to ensure optimal functionality and compliance with safety standards. Provide technical support and training to clients on the operation of their security systems. Respond promptly to service calls and emergencies to resolve security-related issues. Document all service visits, repairs, and installations clearly and accurately. Communicate with team members. Ensure you come to work every day on time, motivated, with a good attitude. Maintain your work vehicle and ensure to report when maintenance is needed Requirements Experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate Highly motivated to learn the trade and learn new skills Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to be on call and respond in a timely manner.
