Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and professional Security Technician to join our team! As a Security Technician, you will be trained and responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various systems, including surveillance systems, alarm systems, audio systems, and more. You will also conduct regular inspections to ensure that all systems are functioning properly and effective in deterring unauthorized access or potential threats. Additionally, you will educate clients about the proper use of their security systems and provide ongoing support to address any technical issues that may arise. The ideal candidate will possess both technical expertise and strong communication skills to work effectively with clients and colleagues. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and troubleshoot security systems, surveillance systems, audio systems and more. Conduct regular inspections of security systems to ensure optimal functionality and compliance with safety standards. Provide technical support and training to clients on the operation of their security systems. Respond promptly to service calls and emergencies to resolve security-related issues. Document all service visits, repairs, and installations clearly and accurately. Communicate with team members. Ensure you come to work every day on time, motivated, with a good attitude. Maintain your work vehicle and ensure to report when maintenance is needed Requirements Experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate Highly motivated to learn the trade and learn new skills Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
