Our commitment to quality and community sets us apart from national providers. Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Alarm Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing, servicing, and troubleshooting low-voltage security systems, including fire alarms, burglar alarms, CCTV, and access control systems. Key Responsibilities Install, program, and service fire alarm, burglar alarm, CCTV, and access control systems. Perform routine inspections and maintenance on existing systems. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly and efficiently. Ensure all installations and services comply with local and national codes. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Provide excellent customer service and support. Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications are a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with low-voltage systems, particularly fire and security alarms.
- Proficiency with Honeywell/Resideo systems is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of NFPA codes and local regulations.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
