Alarm and ATM Technician Company Overview:

We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Alarm and ATM Technicians.
Position Overview:
As an Alarm and ATM Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing alarm systems and ATM machines for our clients. This role requires a willingness to travel to various locations and a passion for learning, as you will be trained to program alarm systems, program ATMs, and gain expertise in ATM software.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, troubleshoot, and repair alarm systems and ATM machines at client sites. Conduct regular maintenance checks and inspections to ensure the proper functioning of alarm systems and ATMs. Program alarm systems according to client specifications and security needs. Program and configure ATMs to meet client requirements, including software updates and troubleshooting. Provide training and technical support to clients on the use of alarm systems and ATMs. Collaborate with the sales team to assess client needs and recommend appropriate security solutions. Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and installations. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in alarm systems and ATM technology.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant coursework preferred. Valid drivers licence Prior experience in alarm system installation, maintenance, or repair is a plus. Basic understanding of electronics and mechanical systems. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and effectively manage time and resources. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Willingness to travel to client sites and work flexible hours as needed. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies, including programming alarm systems and ATMs.
