Job Description
Harrisburg area Security Alarm Company is looking for an Alarm Installer. We are a 13 year old security company that has been experiencing rapid growth. We specialize in high end security systems with advanced network and mobile abilities. We currently install & service intrusion, access control and surveillance systems in homes, retail locations, small business and large commercial buildings. This job requires a motivated individual that can work on their own or with a team and take assigned jobs to completion. This job requires frequent travel within a 2 hour radius of Harrisburg, PA. You must be tech savy as we are 90% paperless and work regularly with Google Apps, Android OS and other Cloud based business services.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 2 Year Electronics Degree or equivalent security work experience
- Minimum of 3 year experience working in the electronics security field
- Knowledge or series, parallel circuits, low voltage AC/DC, Using a Multi-meter
- basic knowledge of computer networking, Cabling, and windows operating systems
- Able to climb ladders, utilize scissor lifts, and able to lift 50lb
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Clean driving & criminal record required
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide installation of fire, security, access control, and camera systems.
- Install wiring and low voltage security devices
- Maintains records/documents of work performed.
- Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Maintain company owned vehicle in safe operating condition.
