Low Voltage Technician Security Systems Technician Access Control Technician CCTV Technician Alarm Systems Technician / Alarm Installer Structured Cabling Technician Fiber Optic Technician Responsibilities Deliver engaging classroom and hands-on laboratory instruction. Teach industry best practices, safety standards, and installation techniques. Prepare lesson plans and instructional materials. Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback. Create a positive, supportive learning environment. Help students develop the practical skills needed for entry-level employment. Qualifications Hands-on experience in low voltage systems, security systems, structured cabling, or related technologies. Experience with CCTV, access control, alarm systems, networking, or fiber optics. Strong communication and presentation skills. Passion for teaching and mentoring others. Prior teaching or training experience is preferred but not required. Relevant industry certifications are a plus.
