Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage low voltage installation crews across multiple commercial job sites Coordinate project scheduling, manpower, and job progress to ensure on-time completion Supervise installation of structured cabling, access control, CCTV, fire alarm, and related systems Review project plans, blueprints, and system layouts before and during installation Ensure quality control and adherence to company standards and industry best practices Work closely with project managers, sales teams, and customers to support project execution Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve field issues Support troubleshooting of complex system installations and integrations Enforce safety compliance and OSHA site requirements across all crews Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to technicians and foremen Track project updates and communicate status reports to leadership and stakeholders

Requirements:

5+ years of commercial low voltage installation experience (access control, CCTV, structured cabling, fire alarm preferred) 2+ years of supervisory or management experience leading field teams Strong knowledge of low voltage systems, installation standards, and troubleshooting practices Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Experience with systems such as Genetec, LenelS2, Software House, Avigilon, Brivo, Verkada (preferred) Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills OSHA certification, manufacturer training, or industry certifications are a plus Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites throughout the San Antonio area Why Work with Next Level Technician in San Antonio, Texas?
