Job Description
Job Summary Alliance Fire is looking for a full-time experienced Fire Sprinkler Foreman! The foreman needs to lead and oversee fire sprinkler installation, maintenance, and repair projects on construction sites and in manufacturing environments. As a key leader on the team, you will coordinate daily operations, ensure safety compliance, and deliver high-quality work that meets all industry standards. Your expertise in fire sprinkler fitting, welding, blueprint reading, and mechanical systems will drive project success and client satisfaction. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your leadership skills while working on diverse projects that protect lives and property. Duties Lead and supervise fire sprinkler installation teams, ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and according to project specifications. Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately install piping systems in accordance with ASME codes & standards. Use hand tools, power tools, calipers, and pipe threading equipment to cut, bend, solder, and assemble piping systems with precision. Conduct rigging operations for lifting and positioning heavy sprinkler components safely on site. Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, conduct inspections for quality control, and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to review plans, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely project completion. Keep detailed records of work performed, materials used, and inspections completed for project documentation. Experience Proven experience as a Fire Sprinkler Foreman or similar leadership role in fire protection systems installation or maintenance. Extensive knowledge of fire sprinkler fitting techniques combined with mechanical aptitude. Strong ability to read blueprints, and construction drawings accurately. Familiarity with ASME codes & standards related to piping systems and pipeline installation. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, calipers, rigging equipment and other specialized tools effectively. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations necessary during installation processes.
